Overview

Fitzsimmons has been the Senior Vice President of Law and Public Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since December 2003. She serves as the Company's chief legal officer and oversees all government relations and public affairs activities. During her 16-year tenure with the Company, her broad responsibilities have included key roles in major risk and corporate governance-related areas such as Senior Vice President - Law and Corporate Secretary from May to December 2003 and as Senior Vice President - Law from February 2001 to May 2003.
