Edward C. Arditte

Overview

Mr. Arditte, age 52, has been our Senior Vice President, Strategy and Investor Relations since February 2006, and prior to that was Senior Vice President, Investor Relations from May 2003. Prior to joining Tyco, Mr. Arditte was employed by BancBoston Capital, a division of the private equity group of Bank of America, where he served as Chief Financial Officer since January 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Arditte spent over 15 years at Textron Inc, where he held a number of positions, including Vice President and Treasurer; and Vice President, Finance and Business Development at one of the Company's operating segments.
