Mr. Fontana d'Avila is the Vice-Chairman of the board of directors. He was Industrial Director until 2005. He joined the Company in 1977 and had always worked in the industrial production department. Mr. D'avila holds undergraduate degree in Engineering from Mackenzie University and a graduate degree in Business Administration from Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
