Karen N. Horn, Ph.D., Senior Managing Director of Brock Capital Group since 2003. Retired President, Global Private Client Services and Managing Director, Marsh, Inc., a subsidiary of MMC, having served in these positions from 1999 to 2003. Prior to joining Marsh, she was Senior Managing Director and Head of International Private Banking at Bankers Trust Company; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Bank One, Cleveland, N.A.; President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland; Treasurer of Bell of Pennsylvania; and Vice President of First National Bank of Boston. Ms. Horn serves as a director of Eli Lilly and Company, Fannie Mae and T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds. She is also Vice Chairman of the U.S. Russia Investment Fund, a presidential appointment, and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Bureau of Economic Research. Our director since 2004. Member of our Compensation and Governance Committees.
