Dr. Thomas P. Gerrity

Overview

Mr. Gerrity has served as a director of NewCo since July 2007. He was the Dean of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania from July 1990 to June 1999. Since then he has been Professor of Management and Dean Emeritus at the Wharton School. Dr. Gerrity also serves as a director of Internet Capital Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ICGE), Hercules, Inc. (NYSE: HPC) and Sunoco, Inc. (NYSE: SUN) and as a member of the Corporation of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Gerrity will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of our Board. Dr. Gerrity was a director of Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) (NYSE: FNM) from September 1991 until December 2006 and served as the chair of Fannie Mae's audit committee from January 1999 until May 2006. Fannie Mae restated its audited financial statements for certain periods during which Dr. Gerrity was chair of the audit committee.
