Overview
Dr. Sharkasi was elected Vice President and Chief Science and Technology Officer in 2007. Dr. Sharkasi joined the Company in 2004 as Vice President-Research & Development, Gum. He served as the Company's Vice President-Research and Development from 2005 to 2007 and thereafter as the Company's Vice President-Research & Development-Gum and Confections. Prior to joining the Company, he was employed by Nestle from 1994 to 2004, most recently as Director of Research & Development-Ice Cream.
