Dr. Stephanie Burns, Appointed on 12th February 2007. Non-Executive Director. Dr Burns is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dow Corning Corporation. She is also a member of the American Chemical Society and sits on the Executive Committee of the Society of Chemical Industry, America Section, serves on the Board of Directors of the American Chemistry Council, and on the Board of Directors for the Society for Women's Health Research. Dr Burns holds a PhD in organic chemistry from Iowa State University.
