Dr. C. Warren Neel, Ph. D.
Overview
Dr. Neel, 69, has been a director of the Company since October 1991. Dr. Neel is currently Executive Director of the Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Tennessee. He served as the Commissioner of Finance and Administration for the State of Tennessee from July 2000 until February 2003. He served as Dean of the College of Business Administration at The University of Tennessee in Knoxville from 1977 to 2002. Dr. Neel is also a director of Saks, Inc. where he serves as Chair of the Audit Committee.
