Mr. Donley was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer in October 2005. He had been Group Vice President, Corporate Controller from 1999 to October 2005. Mr. Donley served as a financial analyst for Rite Aid from 1996 to 1999. He was an internal auditor for Harsco Corporation from 1994 to 1996. Prior to joining Harsco, he was an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick.
