Overview
Donna Goldsmith has served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Products, since June 2006, and prior to that was our Senior Vice President, Consumer Products, since July 2000. Donna Goldsmith has been named Mr. Sileck's successor as Chief Operating Officer when he leaves, and, effective November 6, 2008, she has been elected to serve on the Company's Board of Directors. Ms. Goldsmith will be promoted to Chief Operating Officer effective January 1, 2009.
