Mr. Carneiro Netto was born on September 23, 1945 and has been a member of our Board of Directors since April 30, 2002. He has been a professor at Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro from 1977 through 2008. Mr. Carneiro is currently a member of the Consulting Board of the Icatu Group and a member of the Consulting Board and Financial Committee of Brasif.
