Dianne M. Neal

Overview

Ms. Neal, 47, has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RAI since July 2004 and of RJR since February 2005. Ms. Neal served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RJR Tobacco from July 2003 to December 2006. Ms. Neal also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RJR from July 2003 to July 2004, after serving as Vice President - Investor Relations of RJR from 1999 to 2003. Ms. Neal is a member of the National Advisory Council of Reynolda House Museum of American Art and serves on the board of directors of LandAmerica Financial Group, Inc. Dianne M. Neal, who announced her decision to resign from his positions for personal reasons effective January 1, 2008. Ms. Neal has agreed to continue as an employee of RAI for a transition period ending on March 31, 2008.
