Derek J. Kerr

Overview

Mr. Kerr joined AWA as Senior Director " Financial Planning in April 1996. He was elected to the position of Vice President " Financial Planning and Analysis in May 1998. In February 2002, Mr. Kerr was elected Senior Vice President " Financial Planning and Analysis. He was elected as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of AWA and America West Holdings in September 2002, and has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US Airways Group and US Airways since the effective date of the merger with America West Holdings on September 27, 2005.
