Overview
On October 6, 2008, Denny R. Fox, age 49, Vice President, Accounting Policy and External Reporting, was appointed interim Principal Accounting Officer of Freddie Mac (formally known as the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation), effective immediately. Mr. Fox joined Freddie Mac in November 2005, Mr. Fox also assumed the role of Interim Corporate Controller. In March 2006, Mr. Fox was appointed Vice President and Deputy Corporate Controller. In October 2006, Mr. Fox was appointed Vice President, Accounting Policy. In May 2008, Mr. Fox was appointed Vice President, Accounting Policy and External Reporting. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Mr. Fox was a Director in Accounting Consulting Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 2001 until November 2004. Mr. Fox is eligible to participate in Freddie Mac"s compensation and benefit programs available to vice presidents generally.
