Dennis L. Calton

Overview

Dennis Calton is Executive Vice President, Operations. Mr. Calton was appointed to his position in February 2008. He is responsible for oversight and the establishment of KBR work processes and procedures for project management, project controls, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. In addition, he is responsible for the efficient management and deployment of KBR's project assignable, technical employees. Prior to his current role, Mr. Calton was Senior Vice President of Project Management Oversight and Control. During his tenure with the company he also held executive positions as Vice President of Onshore Project Operations, Vice President of Construction/Maintenance Operations, Vice President of Business Segment Management, Vice President of Engineering Procurement and Construction Operations, and Vice President / Project Director for the design and construction of a large Ethylene complex in the Middle East. Five of Mr. Calton's 33 years at KBR included resident assignments, working outside the US in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions. Mr. Calton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri - Rolla and attended the Executive Program at Stanford University. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
