Mr. Raisbeck is Vice Chairman of Cargill, Incorporated, an agricultural trading and processing company. He joined Cargill in 1971 and has held a variety of merchandising and management positions focused primarily in the commodity and financial trading businesses. Mr. Raisbeck was appointed President of Cargills' Financial Markets Division in 1988 and President of Cargill's Trading Sector in 1993, was elected a director of Cargill in 1994, Executive Vice President in 1995, and to his current position in 1999. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cardinal Health, Inc. Mr. Raisbeck is 57.
