Mr. Rayner is the Executive Vice President, Installation and Service Networks. Mr. Rayner served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of EchoStar from December 2004 to September 2006 and was responsible for all accounting and finance functions of the Company. Prior to joining EchoStar, Mr. Rayner served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Telecom from June 1998 to December 2004.
