Mr. Bronczek started with FedEx in 1976 and has served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of FedEx Express. Mr. Bronczek serves on the boards of Memphis Tomorrow, the National Safe Kids Campaign, the International Air Transport Association, the National Board of Directors for United Way, the Board of Visitors for the University of Memphis, and the Honors Advisory Board for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
