Cynthia H. Milligan
Overview
Ms. Milligan, 60, has served as dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, since June 1998. She was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cynthia Milligan & Associates (consulting firm to financial institutions) from March 1991 to May 1998; and Director of the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance from January 1987 until February 1991. Ms. Milligan also serves as a director of Calvert Funds and Raven Industries, Inc. She became a director of the former Norwest in 1992.
