Overview
Effective in fiscal 2008, Curtis S. Pullen will assume the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Pullen joined Herman Miller in 1991. He was Senior Vice President of Dealer Distribution from 2003 to 2007, Senior Vice President of Finance for North America from 2000 to 2003, and Vice President of Finance, Herman Miller International from 1994 to 2000. Mr. Pullen will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on August 13, 2007. On February 10, 2009 Herman Miller, Inc. announced that, effective immediately, Curtis S. Pullen will assume the role of leading the North American Office and Learning business.
