Overview
Mr. McNeill served as Chairman and co-CEO of Exelon Corporation, which was formed in October 2000 by the merger of PECO Energy Company and Unicom Corporation until his retirement in 2002. Prior to the merger, he was Chairman, President and CEO of PECO Energy. He serves on the boards of directors of Ontario Power Generation, Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Limited, Owens-Illinois Corporation, and Silver Spring Networks. Mr. McNeill is Chairman of our Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
