Chris W. Bodine, age 52, Executive Vice President of CVS Caremark Corporation and President of CVS Caremark Health Care Services since January 2007; Executive Vice President-Merchandising and Marketing of CVS Corporation and CVS Pharmacy, Inc. from February 2002 to January 2007. On April 4, 2008, Chris W. Bodine has made the decision, for personal reasons, to scale back his day-to-day responsibilities and will begin transition to retirement in 2009. Mr. Bodine is assuming a new position as Special Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of CVS Caremark.
