Cary D. McMillan
Overview
Mr. McMillan has been Chief Executive Officer of True Partners Consulting, LLC, a professional services firm providing tax and other financial services, since December 2005. From October 2000 to May 2004, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel, and Executive Vice President, from January 2000 to May 2004, of Sara Lee Corporation, a branded consumer packaged goods company. Mr. McMillan, 49, joined McDonald's Board in 2003 and serves in the class of 2008. He also serves as a director of Hewitt Associates, Inc.
