Carolyn T. Sizemore

Overview

Sizemore has served as Vice President and Controller of CSX and CSXT since April 2002 and is responsible for financial and regulatory reporting, paying the Company's 35,000 employees, accounts payable and billing and collections for outside party expenditures along with various other accounting processes. Her responsibilities during her 18-year tenure with the Company have included roles in finance and audit-related areas including a variety of positions in accounting, finance strategies, budgets and performance analysis.
