Overview
Mr. Hodder served as the Company's Vice President and General Counsel since May 2006 and Secretary since June 2006. Previously, Mr. Hodder served as the Company's Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary from November 2004 to November 2005 and Vice President Legal, Finance and Corporate Development from November 2005 to May 2006. Before joining the Company, from April 2001 to November 2004, Mr. Hodder was a lawyer with Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, where he became a partner in January 2004. Before joining Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Mr. Hodder was a lawyer with Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich LLP and Lionel Sawyer and Collins Ltd.
