Mr. Swette served as Chief Operating Officer of eBay from 1998 to 2002 and has been a private investor since 2002. Mr. Swette is a director of Jamba, Inc. (a chain of smoothie restaurants), TheLadders.com (an online marketplace for professional employees) and Care.com (an online source for caregiver services).
