Archie W. Dunham

Archie W. Dunham has been a director since August 2000. Mr. Dunham was Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Conoco, Inc., an integrated energy company, from January 1996 until August 30, 2002. He was also elected Chairman in August 1999 and was Chairman of ConocoPhillips from August 2002 until his retirement on September 30, 2004. Mr. Dunham serves as a director of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Phelps Dodge Corporation and Pride International, Inc.
