Anthony Vuolo
Overview
Anthony Vuolo became Chief Operating Officer of our company on July 31, 2007. From May 2005 until August 10, 2007, Mr. Vuolo served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of our company. Mr. Vuolo was Executive Vice President, Business Development of HLTH from May 2003 until May 2005 and was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of HLTH from September 2000 to May 2003. Prior to that, Mr. Vuolo served in senior management positions at HLTH and its predecessors for more than five years.
