Anthony P. DiSilvestro

Overview

On August 4, 2008, the beginning of the Company"s 2009 fiscal year, Vice President-Controller Anthony P. DiSilvestro, who is the Company"s principal accounting officer, will assume the additional role of the Company"s principal financial officer until the Board of Directors elects a new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. DiSilvestro, age 49, joined the Company in 1996 and has been the Company"s Controller since 2004. Prior to his current position, he served in senior financial roles in the business units at the Company and as Vice President-Treasurer.
