Mr. Earley, 57, has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DTE Energy Company since 1998 and as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1994 to 2004. From 1989 to 1994, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Long Island Lighting Company, an electric and gas utility in New York. Prior to 1989, Mr. Earley held several other positions with Long Island Lighting, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He is a director of Comerica Incorporated and DTE Energy Company.
