Anne Chwat

Overview

Anne Chwat has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Secretary since September 2004. In June 2007, Ms. Chwat also began serving as a board member and President of the Have It your Way(r) Foundation, the charitable arm of the Burger King system. From September 2000 to September 2004, Ms. Chwat served in various positions at BMG Music (now SonyBMG Music Entertainment), including as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer.
