Anne Chwat has served as our Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer and Secretary since September 2004. In June 2007, Ms. Chwat also began serving as a board member and President of the Have It your Way(r) Foundation, the charitable arm of the Burger King system.
