Mr. Warren joined the Company in July 2007. Prior to that, he had held numerous finance positions at General Electric over the prior 18 years, including Senior Vice President and CFO for NBC Cable from January 2002 to May 2004 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for NBC Universal Television Group from May 2004 to May 2006. Most recently, he served as Senior Operations Leader, GE Audit Staff, from May 2006 to July 2007 where he helped lead the divestiture of GE's Plastics division. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Warren will add Logistics, Information Systems, Financial Operations, Special Sales, Distribution and Liz Claiborne Canada to his current role.
