Overview
Mr. Grafman has served as one our directors since April 11, 2007 and since December 4, 2007 as our non-executive Chairman. He is currently the President of All Media Ventures, and since 2005 has been an operating partner of Mercury Capital Partners. Previously Mr. Grafman served as President of Archie Comics Entertainment and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Hallmark Entertainment. From 1983 to 1996, at Tribune Entertainment, he served as Vice President and at parent Tribune Company, as Managing Director. He currently serves on the board of directors of ZVUE Corporation.
