Mr. Boeckmann has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since February 2002 and a member of the Board since 2001; formerly, President and Chief Operating Officer of Fluor from February 2001 to February 2002; formerly President and Chief Executive Officer, Fluor Daniel, from March 1999 to February 2001; formerly Group President, Energy and Chemicals from 1996 to 1999; joined Fluor in 1979 with previous service from 1974 to 1977. Mr. Boeckmann is also a director of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation, Fort Worth, Texas; and Archer Daniels Midland Company, Decatur, Illinois.
