ALAN J. FOHRER, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of SCE (since June 2007); Chief Executive Officer of SCE (2003-June 2007); Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of SCE (2002); President and Chief Executive Officer of EME (2000-2001); Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Edison International (1996-2000). Mr. Fohrer has been a Director of SCE since 2002. Mr. Fohrer holds two degrees in civil engineering from the University of Southern California, and received his MBA degree from California State University, Los Angeles.
