Overview
Mr. Monie, 56, has been a Director of Jones Lang LaSalle since October 2005. He is a nominee standing for re-election to our Board at the 2007 Annual Meeting. Mr. Monie is Executive Vice President of Ingram Micro Inc., a global information technology wholesale distributor, and President of its Asia-Pacific subsidiary based in Singapore. Prior to joining Ingram Micro in January 2003, Mr. Monie served as President of the Latin American division of Honeywell International, a diversified technology and manufacturing firm serving the aerospace, building and automotive industries, from January 2000 to August 2002. He joined Honeywell following its merger with Allied Signal Inc., where he had a 17-year career culminating in the leadership of its Asia-Pacific operations. Mr. Monie has a Dipl. Engineer degree from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Arts et Metiers (ENSAM), Bordeaux and Paris, France, and an M.B.A. from the Institut Superieur des Affaires, Jouy en Josas, France.
