Michael Moritz

Overview

Michael Moritz has served as a member of our board of directors since May 1999. Michael has been a General Partner of Sequoia Capital, a venture capital firm, since 1986. Michael served as a member of the board of directors of Saba Software, Inc., a provider of human capital development and management solutions, from August 1998 to January 2006 and as a member of the board of directors of Flextronics International Ltd., a contract electronics manufacturer, from July 1993 to October 2005. Michael also served as a member of the board of directors of RedEnvelope, Inc., an online retailer of upscale gifts, from July 1999 to August 2005 and as its Chairman of the board of directors from April 2003 to August 2005. Michael holds a Masters of Arts degree from Christ Church, University of Oxford. On March 16, 2007, Michael Moritz informed the Company that he will not stand for re-election to the Board of Directors of the Company at the end of his current term.
