Donald J. Trump
Overview
Mr. Trump, age 61, has been serving as a Class III Director and as the Chairman of our Board since the Effective Date, and served as the Chairman of the Board of THCR and certain of its subsidiaries from THCR's inception in 1995 to the Effective Date. Mr. Trump served as the Chief Executive Officer of THCR and certain of its subsidiaries from July 2000 to the Effective Date and as the Chief Executive Officer of TER and certain of its subsidiaries from the Effective Date to July 2005. From July 2000 through October 2004, Mr. Trump also served as the President of THCR and certain of its subsidiaries. Mr. Trump is also currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of The Trump Organization, LLC, a privately held entity wholly-owned by Mr. Trump which is in the business, through its affiliates and subsidiaries, of acquiring, developing and managing real estate properties. At the time THCR filed for chapter 11 on November 21, 2004, Mr. Trump was serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of THCR and certain of its subsidiaries. Mr. Trump is the father of Ivanka M. Trump.
