Mr. Kellner is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Continental Airlines from March 2003 to December 30, 2004, as President from May 2001 to March 2003 and a member of Continental Airlines' board of directors since 2001. He joined the airline in 1995 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
