Wells Fargo Tower in Austin, Texas Acquired by AFIAA

ZURICH, Switzerland, July 23, 2008 /PRNewswire via COMTEX News Network/ -- AFIAA, a Zurich-based
foundation investing in international real estate, has added another US asset
to its global portfolio with the acquisition of the Wells Fargo Tower in
Austin, Texas on July 8.

The Wells Fargo Tower has 280,000 sf of rentable office area on seventeen
floors. A landmark of central Austin, the building is 96 percent leased, with
a tenant roster that includes prominent corporations and distinguished law
firms. The building's location at the north end of the CBD, close to the
University of Texas at Austin campus, creates significant potential for asset
appreciation. Proximity to the state capitol makes the tower an ideal base
for doing business with government agencies. Tenants enjoy a garage with 750
parking spaces, a gym, a restaurant and conference facilities.
