Tyco Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

PEMBROKE, Bermuda, May 8, 2008 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- The Board of Directors
of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE, BSX: TYC) has declared a regular quarterly
cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend is payable on August 1,
2008, to shareholders of record as of July 1, 2008.
