Raven's approach creates the optimal starting point for developing a new drug with an increased probability of success in the clinic, within a substantially compressed time frame for drug lead development. The heart of Raven's technical approach is a unique focus on the cell surface the primary docking point for drugs and diseases which enables rapid identification of disease-specific antigens and corresponding therapeutic antibody candidates that are not accessible to genomics- or proteomics-based approaches. In the last three years, Raven has introduced its first drug candidate into advanced preclinical development, with more than a dozen other cancer drug candidates under evaluation.
