National Railway Supply is a Georgia Corporation supplying and distributing lead acid batteries, nickel cadmium and State of the Art battery chargers and other related products principally to the railroad and mass transit industry. National Railway Supply and its employee's have over 135 years experience in the battery and battery charger industry and rail industry. NRS is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia and has 10 representatives throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, National Railway Supply also markets to firms ancillary to the railroad and mass transit industry "Original Equipment Manufacturers", and electrical design firms. The products marketed by NRS are used in many different applications, such as engine starting generators, diesel locomotive starting, railway signaling, microwave back-up systems, tele-communication systems, switchgear applications, UPS systems and emergency lighting and alarm systems.
