Land Development Consultants Inc. (LDC) has earned a reputation of excellence in the areas of Land Planning, Landscape Architecture, Land Surveying and Civil Engineering Colorado Springs metropolitan area. LDC was founded in 1984, in response to the need for Planning and Project Management Consultation services in the rapidly growing southern Colorado market. From inception our goals have been to provide professional services for land development projects and to assure quality in all project aspects, from initial schematic design, through design development and construction documents. LDC commits a highly qualified team of personnel to each project. We have extensive experience in all areas of Land and Urban Planning, Land Surveying, and Landscape Architecture. At the time our firm was organized, we realized that we must establish basic operating policies, which were founded on the old fashioned principle of providing quality and professional services to our clients.
