announced three senior-level executives have joined Korn/Ferry's Frankfurt
office. The appointments represent major movement in the German financial
services recruitment sector.

Christian Groh has joined Korn/Ferry as a Senior Client Partner in the
Global Financial Market, and Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets
for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). He was most recently a Partner and
Member of the Executive Committee of Edward W. Kelley & Partners (formerly
A.T. Kearney Executive Search). Mr. Groh is a recognized leader in the
financial services sector's recruiting community, specializing in capital
markets and investment banking both locally and pan-European. His major
clients include first-tier U.S. investment banks and local German financial
institutions covering various specialist practices such as capital markets,
sales, trading and research, derivatives, corporate finance, M&A advisory and
private equity. Before joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search in 2003, Mr. Groh
held leadership positions with two other leading executive search firms.

Andreas Jager has joined Korn/Ferry as a Client Partner in the Global
Financial Market. He was most recently a Principal with Edward W. Kelley &
Partners (formerly A.T. Kearney Executive Search). Mr. Jager is an experienced
executive search consultant with a strong focus on the execution of retained
searches in the financial services area, primarily in capital markets,
investment banking, corporate finance and corporate banking. Prior to joining
A.T. Kearney Executive Search in 2003, he held roles of increasing
responsibility with another executive search firm.

Stefan Munch has joined Korn/Ferry as a Client Partner in the Global
Financial Market. He was most recently a Principal with Edward W. Kelley &
Partners (formerly A.T. Kearney Executive Search). Mr. Munch handles executive
search assignments in the financial services sector, with a focus on fixed
income and fund derivatives, investment banks, public banks, credit hedge
funds, brokers, interest rates derivatives, structured credit, fund linked and
alternative investments. Prior to joining A.T. Kearney Executive Search in
2005, he held various roles with several other executive search firms.
