Mr. Singh is the founder and President of ICOR. Mr. Singh has more than 10 years of project management and environmental field experience in 15 states. Mr. Singh specializes in underground storage tank (UST) closures/assessments, subsurface investigations, environmental assessments/evaluations, and groundwater and soil remediation. His long history in the Washington Metropolitan area has led to the development of strong and trusting relations with Regulators in the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Maryland. He has established a successful track record of obtaining site closure and/or negotiating practical solutions to complex environmental problems. Mr. Singh is certified to close USTs in Maryland, New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
