has acquired Sinmax Global, a business intelligence (BI) and Enterprise
Performance Management (EPM) consulting firm with operations in Singapore and
Chennai, India. Sinmax Global will be rebranded as TITAN Sinmax and brings
competencies in all of the major platforms including Hyperion(R), Cognos(R),
Business Objects(R), IBM(R) WebSphere(R) DataStage(R) and OutlookSoft(R).

From its base in Singapore, Sinmax serves clients globally in North
America, Asia and the Middle East. The acquisition further expands TITAN's
capabilities to support its global clients as well as establish its BI/EPM
Global Center of Excellence.

highly respected BI/EPM consulting firm throughout the APAC region. Prior to
joining Sinmax, Sanjay also served as Managing Director for South East Asia
and India for Hyperion. Prior to this, Sanjay was involved in starting up and
running software companies in the area of treasury management systems and
banking applications.

Muralidharan Govindarajan has been appointed Global Managing Director of
BI Technology. Mr. Govindarajan brings over 20 years experience in providing
technology solutions focused around performance management. Prior to the
acquisition, Mr. Govindarajan was the Technical Director and a Co-Founder of
Sinmax Global. Prior to this, Mr. Govindarajan spent nine years with Standard
Chartered Bank in Singapore as the Chief Technology Officer focused on
performance management, business intelligence, data warehousing, reporting and
