Herzfeld & Rubin LLP is one of the leading litigation firms in Los Angeles. We are nationally known for successfully trying complex, difficult and high exposure cases against some of the best trial attorneys in Los Angeles. Our reputation and experience has also enabled us to assist our clients in avoiding protracted litigation and has facilitated extremely reasonable settlements. Herzfeld & Rubin LLP grew out of a New York City firm that was established in 1948 as Sereni & Herzfeld. In 1960 the name was changed to Herzfeld & Rubin and later became a professional corporation. Over the years Herzfeld & Rubin PC established affiliated offices throughout the United States and an office in Romania. Today the affiliated offices employ over 100 lawyers. The largest office is on Wall Street in New York City.
