Energy Performance Services ("EPS") represents a group of affiliated energy services companies ("ESCOs") that specializes in developing, financing, implementing, and operating performance-based Energy Savings and Energy Producing Projects (combined heat and power plants) for industrial customers throughout the world. The principals of EPS have the unique experience of having successfully created and managed numerous ESCOs in international markets and have also successfully developed, financed and implemented numerous performance based energy projects in the U.S. and around the world. The Principals of EPS have been active in ESCO performance contracting since its inception in the U.S. in 1981.
