The firm was organized in January of 1989. We are actively engaged in workers' compensation, civil insurance defense litigation and commercial litigation before the State Courts for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the Federal Courts for the Third Circuit comprising primarily the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Our practice concentrates on defense representation in cases involving workers' compensation claims and appeals, employer liability and discrimination claims, automobile and premises first and third party liability, commercial general liability, errors and omissions, property subrogation and liability claims and all aspects of commercial transactions and litigation.
